Confirmation:
When your order is shipped, you will receive: an accounting of the items shipped, date shipped, and the tracking number. Should any items be back ordered, you will also receive an "expected ship date".

Shipping:

Our standard shipping is via Express Post . Most items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

If faster service is required, we will ship UPS Express or 3 Day Select or FedEx overnight.

Shipping prices apply only to Canada and the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and elsewhere are available on a per quote basis .

Please note: All duties, taxes and import fees associated with importing your package, are the responsibility of the customer. Compass Point Enterprises will NOT be responsible for any of these fees. Please check with your local customs office to verify what if any, these charges may be.
