Returns: Returns must be made within two (2) weeks of receiving (signed for) date and we must be notified by telephone (1-866-468-0230) or email for approval before returning. All returns must be pre-paid shipping and must be by way of UPS or Federal Express. This is for your safety as well as ours. Returned item must be re-packed reasonably well, relevant to the item. Absolutely no return will be accepted by C.O.D. Please include the reason for returning the product on the packing slip.

We do not accept returns on engraved products or software.
